Another successful project was recently completed by the Design/Build team of Breisch & Crowley, LLC/BCDesignBuild of St.Clairsville (heading up the design phase) and Jarvis, Downing & EMCH, Inc./JD&E of Wheeling (heading up the construction). The renovations to the Beaver Valley AutoMall and the build out construction of the adjacent Express Lane Center project in Monaca, PA is another example of this team's excellent work for one of their repeat clients...
