This mixed-use 8,160 s.f. adaptive re-use project resulted in a total transformation of a building that had been mostly vacant and was in need of a major facelift to welcome its new tenant.  The end result was a modernized facility that met the needs of the new tenant, Davis Brothers Pharmacy, while also adding new life to the former tenant that still occupies the other side of the building.
